Our academy provides a comprehensive training program featuring the renowned Ronin SA Close Protection course, elite 5-star hospitality training in collaboration with the prestigious Dorchester Collection Academy, and specialised chauffeur training.

We recognise that many veterans and Blue Light Service Leavers face struggles during their transition, and often, what they need most is help from those who truly understand. At The Ops Con, we provide more than just a path forward—we offer a community. Our structured program equips individuals with the qualifications and expertise needed to thrive in their new careers. Beyond training, we welcome them into a network of those who have walked the same path, offering ongoing advice, guidance, and support. Together, we band to ensure that no one is left behind.

 THE OPS CON 

Since 1976, the Institute of Professional Investigators has sought to encourage and promote its members to achieve and maintain a high standard of professionalism whilst engaged in their investigative activities. Our organisation is the only “Institute” within the private investigation sector in the United Kingdom. We consider our membership to be truly representative of the investigation sector. The management of the Institute is vested in a Board of Governors consisting of elected participants.

The Institute are founding stakeholders in the Confederation of Professional Investigators (COPI UK) which seeks to unite the Industry trade bodies as a collective to work together for the best interests of investigators and their clients. IPI members are signatories to the Joint Code of Ethics and Professional conduct which underpins COPI UK. The code has been agreed by COPI UK in the absence of promised Government regulation will contribute in professionalising the industry.
